Is it OK to fall asleep while listening?

Yes. In fact, Hypnosis works just as well while you are asleep as when you are awake. The subconscious mind never sleeps. It hears everything around you, all of the time. That is why you sometimes dream about something that is on your radio or TV when it is playing while you sleep. People should never sleep while watching the television or listening to a radio station. Way too much negativity is incorporated into the subconscious without any filtering. Is Hypnosis Dangerous?

There are a lot of people selling poor quality hypnosis CD's with resale rights. Almost all of them have no training at all. Would you go to a health care practitioner without a degree? Or a drive-thru psychologist with resale-rights? Quality, training & proper credentials cost a little extra, to say the least. The reason others sell their CD's so cheap is because they know how much they are worth!
